Bar JA began in financial management and bookkeeping, helping business owners understand their numbers and gain control of their finances.
But the deeper we worked inside growing businesses, the clearer something became:
The numbers were rarely the whole problem.
Cash-flow challenges were connected to collections. Profitability was connected to project execution. Project overruns were connected to processes. Operational problems were connected to unclear responsibilities. And growth challenges were often connected to having the wrong systems—or the right people without the structure they needed to succeed.
Our role naturally expanded beyond the books.
We began helping owners build cash-flow systems, improve accounts receivable and payable, establish job-cost controls, develop processes and SOPs, manage projects, create accountability, strengthen leadership, and solve the operational problems affecting financial performance.

His focus is taking strategy off the page and putting it into practice—building stronger processes, improving project execution, creating accountability, solving operational bottlenecks, and helping teams perform more effectively.
Together, Ashton and Jeremy bridge the space between financial strategy and real-world execution.

Ashton works alongside business owners to bring clarity to the financial side of the company while connecting those numbers to the decisions being made throughout the business.
Her work spans financial management, bookkeeping oversight, cash-flow forecasting, budgeting, Fractional CFO support, business strategy, financial controls, and operational systems.
Her approach goes beyond producing financial statements. The goal is to help ownership understand what the numbers are saying, why they're happening, and what needs to happen next.
